On October 30, in the RA National Assembly the press conference of the Head of the RA NA delegation to PABSEC Gagik Minasyan and the members of the delegation Aghvan Vardanyan, Vahe Enfiajyan, Gevorg Gorgisyan was held. The members of the delegation presented details about the works of the Fiftieth Meeting of the Legal and Political Affairs Committee and the Forty-Ninth Meeting of the Cultural, Educational and Social Affairs Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC).

Gevorg Gorgisyan informed that on October 19 he delivered a speech on the theme Development of the National Innovation Systems in the PABSEC Member Countries at the Forty-Ninth Meeting of the PABSEC Economic, Commercial, Technological and Environmental Affairs Committee.

At the meeting with the journalists Gevorg Gorgisyan also noted that Vahe Enfiajyan’s candidacy was proposed as Deputy Chair of the Economic, Commercial, Technological and Environmental Affairs Committee, who would assume that post getting appropriate number of signatures.

Vahe Enfiajyan has underlined that at the Committee Meeting the Armenian delegates presented the current situation of the newest technologies in the RA and has indicated the obstacles, which do not allow the further development of the sphere.

Aghvan Vardanyan noted that at the Forty-Ninth Meeting of the PABSEC Cultural, Educational and Social Affairs Committee the theme Social Protection and Benefits for the Young Families in the BSEC Member States was discussed, during which he delivered a speech.

At the Fiftieth Meeting of the Legal and Political Affairs Committee the Head of the RA NA delegation to PABSEC Gagik Minasyan presented the theme The 25 Years of the PABSEC: Enhancement of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation in the Region and underlined the viewpoint of the Armenian side, according to which, the best format of regulating the relations between the BSEC and the PABSEC is already available, and there is no need to set out it through declaration.
