At November 6 sitting moderated by Vardevan Grigoryan the RA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment debated a number of draft laws and endorsed them.

The RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Development Vache Terteryan presented the draft law on Amending the RA law on Social Support of the Borderline Communities for debate in the first reading.

The RA Deputy Minister of Agriculture Robert Makaryan presented for debate in the seocnd reading the package of the RA draft laws on Operation of the Agricultural Technique, on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements, on Amending the RA law on Organization and Holding of the Check-ups in the RA Law and the RA draft law on Recognizing Invalid the RA law on Agrarian State Inspections.

The RA Minister of Nature Protection Artsvik Minasyan presented for debate in the second reading the package of the RA draft laws on Amending the RA Water Code, on Amending the RA law on State Duty, the RA law on the Notice of the Activity Implementation on Amending the RA draft law on Amending the RA Code on the RA Bowels.

All the draft laws, packages of draft laws with the endorsement of the Committee also will be included in the draft law of the agenda of the RA NA upcoming sittings.

At the end of the debate the Committee made a decision to organize parliamentary hearings on the theme on Specially Preserved Territories of Nature in November.

On the same day the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs moderated by Khosrov Harutyunyan debated bills concerning the sphere of tax and licensing.

The legislative package on Amending the RA law on Licensing and on Amending the RA Law on State Duty was presented for debate in the first reading.

The Committee members in the first reading also debated the package of bills on Making Addendum to the RA law on Tax Service and on Making Addendum to the RA law on Customs Service.

The Committee members endorsed the package of bills for including it in the draft law of the regular session agenda.

The Standing Committee with the participation of the NGOs and the representatives of the State Revenue Committee (SRC) adjunct to the Government debated the issue on the Main Problems of the State Revenue Committee Policy adjunct to the RA Government for 2018 .

The Deputy Chairman of the PRC adjunct to the RA Government Vakhtang Pirumyan in detail presented the directions of the policy of the structure.

The questions and interpellations of the participants of the debate were related to the problems existing in the system.

On the same day the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security moderated by Koryun Nahapetyan in the second reading debated draft laws connected with the armed forces and military service.

The Committee endorsed the bills for including it in the draft law of the agenda of the second session of the RA NA sixth convocation.

The RA Deputy Minister of Defense Artak Zakaryan and the Chairman of the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security Koryun Nahapetyan presented their recommendations in written form to the Committee members.

The Committee debated and endorsed the draft law on Amending the RA Criminal Code to be included in the draft law of the agenda of the second session of the RA NA sixth convocation.
