Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of United Arab Emirates to Armenia in National Assembly

On January 23, the Head of the RA NA Armenia-United Arab Emirates Friendship Group Ruzanna Muradyan and the members of the Group met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to Armenia (UAE) Jassim Mohammed Al Qasemi.

Welcoming the Ambassador in the RA National Assembly Ruzanna Muradyan expressed hope that with its activities the Ambassador would promote the further activation of the cooperation of the two countries’ parliaments. The MP highlighted the effective activities and mutual visits of the Parliamentary Friendship Group.

In the course of the meeting issues concerning the expansion of Armenia-UAE cooperation, particularly in the spheres of economy and tourism were discussed. The Head of the Friendship Group has noted that today the bilateral relations are at high level, and new opportunities are created for further deepening them.

Thanking the Head and the members of the Friendship Group, Jassim Mohammed Al Qasemi assured that he would do his best to develop and strengthen the relations between the two countries in different spheres. The Ambassador has also underlined that tendencies of continuous development are noticed in the economic, cultural relations, and its vivid evidence is the growth of bilateral trade turnover.
