On August 25, the RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan was the guest of the participants of “Baze-2016” Pan-Armenian Youth Gathering in Tsaghkadzor. The Head of the Parliament welcomed the Baze-participants and stated that the event is unique, as “Baze” has become an extraordinary platform which collects Armenian youth from various countries of the world and mentioned that due to this initiative the love, idea of state, statehood and independence amplifies among the youth.

The RA NA Speakers Galust Sahakyan made a tour in the camp of “Baze”, and then he had a warm talk with the participants. During the meeting, the representatives of red, blue, orange teams gave questions of their concern to the Speaker. The questions referred to Armenia ’s internal and external policy, to the youth programmes, new job openings and settling Armenia . Upon request of the Baze-participants the Head of the Parliament spoke about his university life, the road he passed and the activities in the political sphere.

We learnt that “Baze” Pan-Armenian Youth Gathering is organized in Armenia by the Armenian Youth Foundation with the participation of nearly 500 young people. During 14 years of its existence the event has gathered thousands of young people around, revealed the endowed, given an opportunity to self-expression and intensified the responsibility towards their own country.
