On March 18, at the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs moderated by Babken Tunyan the package of bills on Making Addendum and Amendment to the Law on State Duty and on Making Addendum and Amendment to the Law on Notice of Activity Implementation was debated and endorsed. As the key speaker, the RA Deputy Minister of Economy Avag Avanesyan has informed, the Government proposes to extend the state duty established for the import of the cement by three months until July 1 of this year.

The package of bills on Making Addenda and Amendments to the RA Code on Lithosphere and on Making Addendum and Amendment to the RA Administrative Procedure Code authored by the deputies of the NA My Step Faction Mary Galstyan, Varazdat Karapetyan and Lena Nazaryan was debated in the first reading.

The bills on Making Amendment and Addendum to the RA Law on Energy Saving and Renewable Energy, the package of bills on Making Amendments and Addendum to the Foundations and on Amending the Code on Administrative Offences authored by the Government were debated in the second reading and endorsed.

The bill on Making Addendum to the RA Tax Code authored by the NA Bright Armenia Faction was also debated in the second reading, which was not endorsed.

The debates of the bills on Making Addenda to the RA Tax Code authored by the NA Bright Armenia Faction, on Making Addendum to the RA Tax Code authored by the deputy of the NA Prosperous Armenia Faction Mikayel Melkumyan, on Making Addendum to the Law on Property Tax authored by the deputy of the NA My Step Faction Viktor Yengibaryan, on Making Addenda to the RA Tax Code authored by the Government and on Making Addendum to the RA Tax Code authored by the NA My Step Faction deputy Varazdat Karapetyan were postponed by two months.
