On October 7, the extraordinary sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Arkady Khachatryan was held, during which the draft law on Making Amendments and Addendum to the law on the RA State Budget for 2020 authored by the Government was discussed in the second reading and endorsed.

The RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan informed that the proposals in written form by the deputies on the bill were not presented, so it had not been amended.

Let us remind that the draft law is directed to the creation of the maximum favourable conditions for the RA armed forces and mobilization plan of the economy to prevent the immediate danger of the armed attack on the RA, as well as to ensure the regular activity of the state and local self-government bodies, physical and the legal persons and the protection of the people’s life and security in the conditions of the martial law.
