On October 3, the sitting of the RA National Assembly Council presided over by Alen Simonyan was held.

The draft agendas on making addenda to the agenda of the fourth session of the eighth convocation of the National Assembly and the regular sittings to be convened on October 4 were debated and approved. The sequence of the debate of the agenda items of the regular sittings was also set. 21 items were included in the draft agenda of the NA regular sittings.

By the decision of the Council changes were made in the composition of the NA delegations to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO PA) , to the Inter-Parliamentary Committees, as well as to the Friendship Groups.

The agenda next items related to the changes of the compositions of the NA delegations to the CIS IPA, to the Inter-Parliamentary Committees , as well as the Friendship Groups . The Faction With Honor proposed to replace the deputy Artur Vanetsyan, who ended the powers, with other representatives of the Faction. As the members of With Honor Faction did not take part in the sitting of the Council, a decision was made to postpone the debate of the items.
