The Agreement envisages mutually beneficial cooperation in the sphere of health with the Government of the State of Qatar, which will boost the development of the sphere in Armenia, as well as the increase of the scientific-educational potential and level of health services.

The issue on Cooperation in the sphere of health between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of the State of Qatar was debated at the sitting of the Standing Committee on Health Care held on January 12. The Committee Chair Narek Zeynalyan moderated the sitting.

According to the RA First Deputy Minister of Health Lena Nanushyan, the document was signed on June 13, 2022.

“After signing the Agreement we continued the work with the partners of the Ministry of Health of the State of Qatar and at present we work out a practical programme, which will in detail refer to the directions of cooperation indicated in the document,” the Deputy Minister underlined.

The debated issue was approved by the Committee.
