Members of RA NA Armenia-Estonia Friendship Congratulates Estonian MPs on 105th Anniversary of Independence of Estonia
1 / 1

The Armenia-Estonia Friendship Group of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia extends its heartfelt congratulations to the Estonian MPs on the occasion of the 105th Anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Estonia.

“This is a truly memorable day which signifies the greatest historical achievement - acquisition of independence. Armenia, knowing the value of this cherished happening, respects other countries’ sovereignty and territorial integrity and displays its unwavering commitment to the protection of human rights and democratic values.

Armenia attaches great importance to the continuous development of friendly relations with Estonia anchored on historical and cultural ties. The support of Estonia to the democratic reforms being implemented in Armenia is invaluable and we highly value your assistance in the further development of the Armenia-EU partnership, as well as in the implementation of the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement.

Using this high opportunity, the Armenia-Estonia Friendship Group expresses profound gratitude to the members of Estonia-Armenia Parliamentary Friendship Group for the unequivocal Statement on the ongoing illegal blockade of the Lachin Corridor. We highly appreciate your support, which proves that democratic Armenia is not alone in this difficult period and enjoys the support of the partner states.

Despite the existing challenges, the Republic of Armenia prioritizes the peace agenda and we are firm to promote it further. We believe that mutual respect and good-neighborly relations provide a solid basis for long-lasting peace and stability.”
