Dear young people,

I congratulate you on the International Youth Day.

Youth has been and remains the driving force of societies, which is more visible and important in the case of our country. The use of the potential of youth in Armenia is reaching even greater proportions, especially after the Velvet Revolution of 2018, in which youth was the key to victory.

Valuing the role and importance of youth, I would like to record at the same time that it is not yet being used to its full potential in the state building process of our country. I assure you that the authorities of Armenia are open to discussing various problems that concern you and are ready to provide solutions to them.

Dear young people, I advise you to constantly self-educate, to be a purposeful and demanding citizen, using the acquired knowledge for the bright future of our country.
