On December 1 the sittings of the NA Standing Committees on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs and on Social Affairs were convened.

At the sitting of the NA Standing Committees on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gagik Minasyan the annual programme of the activities of the RA Control Chamber was debated. The key speaker, the Deputy Chairman of the RA Control Chamber Levon Yolyan informed that the NA deputies’ proposals were included in the programme.

The Committee by voting approved the programme to include it in the draft agenda of the NA upcoming four-day sittings.

Afterwards the Deputy Minister of RA Finance-Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan presented information about the procedure of the first nine-month execution of the state budget for 2015.

The Deputy Minister of RA Finance Armen Alaverdyan and the Deputy Chairman of the RA Central Bank Nerses Yeritsyan also submitted details on the procedure of the first nine-month execution of the state budget for 2015.

The representatives of the government also answered the questions concerning the deputies, which related to taxes-GDP co-relation, the problems on the small and medium entrepreneurship, the expediency of providing additional privileges in the tax field, etc.

On the same day at the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs moderated by Hakob Hakobyan the draft law “On Social Security of the Servicemen and Their Family Members” was debated.

The draft law was endorsed and will be included in the draft agenda of the eighth session of the NA fifth convocation and the upcoming four-day sittings.

The deputies also debated the draft law “On Giving the Sum of Compensation to the Heir (Heirs) of the Depositor in Case of Death of the Persons entitled to the Refund of the Deposit established by the RA Law on the RA State Budget for 2016” which submitted Hovhannes Margaryan.

The co-author of the draft law Hovhannes Margaryan proposed to postpone the debate of the draft law up to one year.
