On June 6, the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs moderated by Khosrov Harutyunyan debated the legislative package on amending the RA Law on State Property Privatization Programme for 2017-2020 and on amending the RA Law on Public Services Regulatory Authority at the sitting.

The key speaker, the RA First Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan has informed that there are problems in the RA Law on Public Services Regulatory Authority, which needs to be rectified and specified.

The Committee Chair Khosrov Harutyunyan made a recommendation in a written form, which was accepted by the key speaker.

As a result of the debate, the Committee endorsed the draft law for debating in the first reading at June 7 extraordinary sitting.

The key speaker, the Head of the State Property Management Department Arman Sahakyan presented the draft law on Amending the RA Law on State Property Privatization Programme for 2017-2020 for debate in the first reading.

The RA Minister of Healthcare Levon Altunyan took part in the debate of the issue as an invitee.

The Committee Chair Khosrov Harutyunyan made recommendations in a written form and urged his colleagues to submit proposals on the debated items.

By the Committee decision the recommendations will be presented at the Committee sitting to be held on June 7, after which the voting of the item will be organized.
