1991 - Graduated from the Philological Faculty of the Yerevan State University. Philologist.

1998 - 2001 - Head of the Public Relations Department of the Public Relations and Information Department of the Staff of the President of the Republic of Armenia.

2001 - 2017 - Head of the Public Relations and Mass Media Relations Service of the CJSC “Gazprom Armenia.”

2010 - 2013 - Press Secretary of the Mayor of Yerevan (simultaneously).

2016 - 2017 - Adviser to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia (on a voluntary basis).

Since 2017 - Member of the Republican Party of Armenia.

April 2, 2017 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the RPA national electoral list.
