1988 - Graduated from the Construction University of Technical Progress.

1994 - Graduated from the Academy of Consumer Cooperatives of Belgorod, RF. Economist.

1976 - 1977 - Foreman of the meliorative detachment of the Spitak enterprise “Armvillagetechniques.”

1980 -1994 - Head of the Cutting Department of the Spitak Sewing Production Association. Director of the Metz Parni Sewing Factory.

1994 - 1995 - General Director of Spitak Sewing Production Association.

1995 - 2017 - President of OJSC “Vanuhi.”

2002 - 2008 - Mayor of Spitak.

2009 - Assistant to the Governor of Lori.

2009 - 2011 - Head of the Department of Local Self-Government and Executive Bodies of Armenia of Lori Regional Administration.

2012 - 2016 - Deputy Governor of Lori. Adviser of the 1st rank of the civil service of the Republic of Armenia.

April 2, 2017 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #9 of the “Tsarukyan” alliance of parties.

2006 - Awarded the RA Prime Minister’s Commemorative Medal.

2006 - Awarded the "Fridtjof Nansen" commemorative Gold Medal.

2006 - Awarded the Prime Minister’s letter of thanks.

2007 - Awarded the Prime Minister’s Diploma.

2007 - Awarded the “Catholicos Vazgen I, the Supreme Patriarch of all Armenians” Medal by the “magazine Mashtots.”
