Born on January 3, 1963 in the village of Artabuynk (before Yeghegis) in the Vayots Dzor province.

1986 - Graduated from the geological department of YSU. Geological Engineer.

1996 - Graduated from Yerevan Economic and Law University (YELU). Lawyer.

2004 - Graduated from the Academy of State Administration of the Republic of Armenia. State administration and local self-government specialist. Candidate of Economic Sciences, Professor of YELU.

Senior lieutenant in reserve.

1980 -1981 - Concrete worker at Azizbekov mobile mechanized trust #17.

1986 -1987 - Head of the mine construction plant of building materials of Vayk.

1987 - Senior Economist of the production association “Sapphire.”

1988 - 1993 - Head of the production site at the Yerevan Ceramic Combine.

1993 - 1994 - Director of “Armbuildtechcenter” trust.

1996 - 1999 - Member of the municipal council of the “Erebuni” Municipal District.

1998 - 2008 - Chairman of the OJSC Board of “Vayk” hotel.
2002 - 2004 - Manager of OJSC “Chemreactive.”

Since 2006 - Chairman of the Board of the NGO “National Center for Applied Economics.”

2010 - 2012 - Governor of the Vayots Dzor province.

Since 1996 - Lecturer at the Yerevan Economic and Law University of Armenia.

Since 2017 - Teacher at the International Scientific and Educational Center of the NAS of the RA.

Since 2007 - Coordinator of the Vayots Dzor province Council of the “Prosperous Armenia” party.

2017 - 2019 - Member of the National Assembly (“Tsarukyan” alliance of parties).

Member of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs of the National Assembly.

Member of the “Tsarukyan” faction.

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Prosperous Armenia” party.

2003 - Awarded the commemorative Medal “Mother's Gratitude” (NKR).

2010 - Awarded the Medal “Andranik Ozanyan” (MD).

2007 - Awarded the YVU Diploma.

2011 - Awarded the “Eagle of Mountainous Armenia” Gold commemorative Medal.

2010 - Awarded the Medal “Vardan Mamikonyan” (Association of Veterans of Freedom Fighters).

2016 - Awarded the Diploma “For Participation in the four-day War” (2016, MD).

Author of one monograph and numerous scientific articles.
