Born on March 4, 1960 in Martuni.

1981 - 1983 - Served in the Soviet Army. Lieutenant in reserve.

1981 - Graduated from the Faculty of Milk and Dairy Products of the Yerevan Veterinary-Cattle-breeding Institute. Engineer-technologist.

1981 - Chief Engineer of the Martuni Food Factory.

1984 - 1988 - Secretary, Deputy Chairman of the Martuni Trade Union District Committee of the Agricultural Workers.

1989 - 2003 - Director of Lichk fish factory of the research and production association “Armfish.”

2003 - 2007 - Chairman of the Board of the Closed Joint State Company (CJSC) “Gos” of the association “Armfish.”

2007 - 2014 - Head of the Gegharkunik Territorial Division of the State Ecological Inspectorate of the Ministry of Nature Protection Staff.

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “Prosperous Armenia” party.
