Born on June 21, 1989 in Ararat.

2010 - Graduated from the Department of Spanish and Literature of the Faculty of Romance-Germanic Philology of YSU.

2013 - MS program “Human Rights and Democracy” of the Center for European Studies of YSU.

2014 - Graduated from the School of Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

2016 - Graduated from St Antony's College of University of Oxford in Great Britain. MPhil in Russian and East European Studies.

Scholarship from the “Calouste Gulbenkian” and “Luys” Harry Shukman Eurasian Research Foundations.

2008 - 2010 - Leading specialist at “Cultural Values Expertise Center” State Non-Profit Organization (SNTO) of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Armenia.

2016 - Lecturer at the Center for European Studies, YSU.

2016 - 2017 - Assistant Lecturer of Armenian History at the American University of Armenia.

2017- 2018 - Responsible person for civil society programs of the organization “Open Society Foundation - Armenia

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “My Step” alliance of parties.

Author of analytical articles and reports published in the Armenian and international press.

Married.
