Born on August 16, 1980 in Gyumri.

2004 - 2006 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

2004 - Graduated from the Russian - Armenian (Slavonic) University. Master of Political Science.

2013 - 2017 - Head of the Department for Accounting and Levy of Budget Revenues of the Gyumri Mayor's Office.

March, 2018 - January, 2019 - Head of the Gyumri Territorial Department of the State Social Provision Service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #11 of the “Bright Armenia” party.
