Born on July 8, 1970 in the village of Darakert in the Ararat province.

1988 - 1990 - Served in the Soviet Army. Reserve Major.

1995 - Graduated from the Faculty of International Law of the “Gladzor” University of Management. Lawyer.

1998 - Graduated from the Department of State and Legal Studies of the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) of the Republic of Armenia. Candidate of Legal Sciences, Doctoral Student.

1996 - 1998 - Leading specialist of the Legal Consulting Service of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia.

1998 - 1999 - Chief specialist of the Legal Consulting Service of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia.

1999 - 2001 - Deputy Head of the Legal Consulting Service of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia.

Since 1998 - State Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University, Lecturer.

2006 - 2010 - University of Gladzor, Lecturer.

2001- 2010 - Lawyer of the program “Consultation for Strengthening the Legal System” of the German Association for Technical Cooperation.

2010 - Legal Advisor of the program “Consultation for Legal and Judicial Reforms in the South Caucasus” of the same association.

April - August, 2001 - Deputy Minister of Nature Protection of the Republic of Armenia.

2014 - 2017 - Chief of Staff, General Secretary of the Staff of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.

Since 2012 - Member of the Republican Party of Armenia.

April 2, 2017 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the RPA national electoral list.

Awarded Medal “Mkhitar Gosh” (2013), 1st rate Medal “For Services Contributed to Motherland” (2016).

Author of more than a dozen scientific articles and manuals.
