On October 28, the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs convened an extraordinary sitting moderated by Vladimir Vardanyan.

The MPs in the second reading debated and endorsed the draft laws on Making Addenda to the RA Law on Legal Regime of Martial Law and on Amending the RA Criminal Law presented by the RA Deputy Minister of Defense Gabriel Balayan and authored by the Government.

As the key rapporteur informed, the deputies of the NA My Step faction Vahagn Hovakimyan and Suren Grigoryan presented recommendations during the period from the first to the second reading on the draft law on Making Addenda to the RA law on Legal Regime of the Martial Law, and they were accepted.
