At June 5 sitting, the package on Regulation of Game Activity and the enclosed bills was debated in the second reading. The Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee (SRC) Rustam Badasyan presented it. According to him, the ensuring of transparency by distinct digital means of the game sphere and the control organization is on the basis of the initiative regulation.
The rapporteur informed that debates were organized on the package with the participation of the representatives of the authorized body and game sphere of the Ministry of Finance. As a result, the mutually agreed version of the initiative was introduced to parliament.
A number of amendments were made from the first to the second reading.

“We have made a decision that the activity of a game with any win should be banned in the RA territory, which differs from the games via win and internet win,” the SRC Chairman underscored.

The MPs presented observations on the amendments. The Committee member Hovik Aghazaryan voiced his proposals on changing the taxation rate being established in the sphere.
As a result of debate. A decision was made to postpone the voting of the legislative package regulating the game activity for organizing an additional debate on raised issues.
