At June 5 sitting of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs a series of legislative initiatives were debated in the second reading.
As the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Arman Poghosyan presented, the bill on Making Addenda to the RA Tax Code was debated.
According to Arman Poghosyan, the alternative ideas on the initiative were debated with the colleagues of the Urban Development and Cadastre Committees. As a result, the Ministry of Finance decided to present for debate in the second reading in the same form, as it was adopted in the first reading.
The RA Deputy Minister of Economy Narek Hovakimyan presented the package stipulating amendments to the RA Tax Code and the law on Free Economic Zones.
According to the rapporteur, after the first reading amendments were made. Other amendments were also made.
As the Deputy Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee Artur Manukyan presented, the bill on Making Addenda to the RA Tax Code was debated.
As the rapporteur informed, proposals were not received from the deputies from the first to the second reading. The Government made technical amendment.
The Deputy Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee Artur Manukyan also presented the amendments to the laws on Lotteries and on Winning Games, Games with Internet Winning and Casinos.
There were no proposals during the period from the first to the second reading.
After being passed in the first reading the bill on Making Amendments and Addenda to the law on State Duty two technical amendments were made. The Deputy Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee Artur Manukyan said this.
The legislative initiatives debated in the second reading were endorsed.
The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Vahan Sirunyan briefly presented the annual report on Execution of the RA State Budget for 2023. The Committee took note of it.
The debate of the draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Tax Code authored by the deputies Babken Tunyan and Narek Zeynalyan was postponed up to two months.
