On the occasion of the election in the post of the NA President, the Presidents of the parliaments of Italy, Spain and Switzerland congratulated Mr Hovik Abrahamyan.

President of the Senate of the Republic of Italy Mr Renato Schifani sent warmest congratulations on behalf of him and the Senate to Mr Hovik Abrahamyan on the election as President of the National Assembly and wished him success during his tenure.

President of the Senate of Spain Mr Javier Rojo Garcia congratulated Mr Hovik Abrahamyan on behalf of him and the Senate on his election in the high and responsible post, as President of the National Assembly, and expressed wish to expand the awareness on the activity of the parliaments of the two countries and deepen the wonderful bilateral relations that already existed between two states.

President of the National Council of the Swiss Confederation Mr André Bugnon in his congratulatory message recorded the close ties of the two countries and expressed confidence that NA President Mr Hovik Abrahamyan would have his important role in more deepening them especially at the level of parliaments. Mr Bugnon invited the NA President Mr Hovik Abrahamyan to Switzerland with an official visit.
