On November 5 the sitting of RA NA Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs was held presided over by Aram Safaryan, which attended the Human Rights Defender, representatives of the international structures, NGOs, creative unions, lawyers.
RA Deputy Minister of Justice Gevorg Malkhasyan presented in the first reading procedure the legislative package on Making Amendments and Addenda to RA Law on NGOs, on Making Amendment and Addendum to RA Law on State Registration of the Legal Entities and Amending the RA Law on State Duty.
The Deputy Chairman of the Committee, the co-reporter Rafik Petrosyan proposed the representatives of the NGOs, creative unions to submit recommendation in written form to debate with the government during the period from the first to the second reading.
As a result of debates it was decided to include the bill with the endorsement in the drafts of the agendas of NA autumn session and upcoming four-day sittings
Afterwards the committee debated the draft laws on Making Amendments and Addenda on Advocacy and on Making Addenda in RA Code on Administrative Infringements.
The lawyers present at the sitting had a number of concerns and proposals connected with this legislative package. Mr Rafik Petrosyan also proposed to present recommendation in written form to debate and elaborate the legislative package.
The package of the bills was endorsed top be included in the NA autumn session and upcoming four-day sittings.

The debate of a number of bills and legislative packages included in the agenda was postponed up to 30 and 60 days.
