It is proposed with the addendum to the law on RA State Budget for 2022 to redistribute the sums of the approved allocations about five percent of the total sum: five percent of the total sum of the allocations will be set instead of three percent.
According to the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan, the necessity of the limit change of the redistributions is conditioned by the implemented redistributions within the framework of the state budget for 2022, as well as the implementation of the envisaging redistributions.
It was noted that about 140bln redistributions were made during this year, their exceptions were more that 77bln AMD, 66bln allocations from the reserve fund of the Government were directed to the expenditures of the pandemic and of military importance accordingly: 1.6bln AMD and 9bln AMD, 0.6bln AMD for the business trips and reception of delegations. As a result, the redistributions after the exceptions were more than 62bln, reaching at the threshold of three percent redistributions established by law.
As Vahe Hovhannisyan assured, additional redistributions were carried out in the defense, social, agricultural, cultural and other spheres.
The issue was debated at the extraordinary sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs.
As a result of debate the draft law was endorsed.
