On January 23 at 12:00, in the extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly sufficient number of the members of the Council were not registered for legal powers of the sitting.

The NA President Alen Simonyan informed that pursuant to paragraph 6 of the NA Council work order, if the number of the registered Council members is not sufficient for the legal power of the sitting, then the registration continues until the registration of the necessary number of the Council members, but not more than two hours.

Until 14:00 quorum was not provided: the extraordinary sitting of the NA Council was considered not held.
