Born on January 21, 1985 in Ijevan.

2005 - 2007 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

2005 - Graduated from the Department of History of the Faculty of Humanities of the Ijevan branch of the YSU (Yerevan State University).

2007 - “Banking System of the Republic of Armenia” of the Fund “Financial Banking College,” a three-month introductory training program.

2016 - Master's Degree in the Department of the State and Municipal Management of the Faculty of Management of the Armenian State Economic University. Historian. Specialist in State and Municipal Management.

2009 - Elected a member of the Municipal Council of Ijevan.

2011 - 2015 - Deputy Head of the Municipality of Ijevan.

2015 - 2017 - Director of the “Ijevan” branch of the “ArmForest” SNTO (State Non-trade Organization).

Since 2003 - Member of the ARF.

April 2, 2017 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #13 of the ARF.
