Born on April 20, 1976 in Yerevan.

1998 -1999 - Served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

1998 - Graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of Yerevan State University. Historian - expert in international relations.

2003 - Post graduate of the Institute of Asian Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia (NAS). Candidate for Historical Sciences, Associate Professor.

2011 - MS degree of the Faculty of Finance, Money Turnover and Credit of the International Scientific and Educational Center of NAS of the Republic of Armenia.

2003 - Engaged in research work at the Institute of Asian Studies of the Academy of Sciences of the Russian Federation (2003).

2004 - Engaged in research work at the Egyptian Center for Political and Strategic Studies “Al-Ahram” and the Center for “Asian Studies” at Cairo University.

2007 - Engaged in research work at the French Center for “Arab Studies” in Damascus.

2003 - 2005 - Lecturer at Yerevan University of Economics and Law.

Since 2005 - Lecturer at Yerevan State University and Russian - Armenian (Slavonic) University.

2016 - 2019 - Assistant for the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Armenia.

December 9, 2018 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the national electoral list of the “My Step” alliance of parties.
