1980 - Graduated from the Leningrad Forestry Academy. Engineer-mechanic.

2004 - Academy of Public Administration of the Republic of Armenia. Specialist in Public Administration and Local Self-Government.

1973 -1974 - Abovyan Plant of Measuring Instruments, welder.

April-November, 1975 - “Yerevanconst” production association, Parquet maker.

1976 - 1980 - Yerevan Carpenter Factory, carpenter.

1980 - 1990 - Yerevan #45 School, handicraft teacher.

1994 - 2001 - Deputy Director of the LLC “Henrik and Vahagn.”

2001 - 2003, 2006 - 2010 and 2011- 2013 - Director of the LLC “Karo and Garik.”

1999, 2002 and 2005 - Elected a Member of the Municipal Council of the Municipal District of Erebuni.

2009 - 2013 - Member of the Yerevan City Municipal Council.

April 2, 2017 - Elected Member of the National Assembly from the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #4 of the RPA.
