Murad Muradyan

Born on August 4, 1957 in Musaler village in Echmiatsin region (now Armavir province).

1975 - 1977 - Served in the Soviet Army.

1994 - Graduated from the Faculty of Economy Management of Trade and Public Food of Yerevan Institute of National Economy. Economist.

1977 - 1979 - Machinist at Masis pasteboard factory.

1979 -1982 - Foreman at a collective farm in Dashtavan village.

1982 - 1989 - Construction Materials Shop Director of a district cooperative in “Haycoop.”

1989 -1993 - Head of Solid Fuel Base in Masis.

1996 - 1998 - Head of the Department of Military Trade of the Defense Ministry of the Republic of Armenia.

2000 - 2001 - Minister of Environment of the Republic of Armenia.

2003 - 2012 - Director of the “Arkamar” LLC.

June 10, 1999 - May 20, 2000 - Member of the National Assembly (electoral district #29). Member of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs of the National Assembly. Member of “Stability” faction. Non - partisan.

2012 - 2017 - Member of the National Assembly (electoral district #16).

Member of the Standing Committee on Agriculture and Environment of the National Assembly. Member of the “Republican” (RPA) faction. Member of the RPA.

April 2, 2017 - Elected Member of the National Assembly by the territorial electoral list of the electoral district #5 of the RPA.

Married, with three children.
