On September 13, the work of the second session of the RA NA Eighth Convocation began under the sounds of the RA anthem.

The RA NA President Alen Simonyan presented the draft agenda of the second session of the NA eighth convocation.

4 items are included in the first part of the draft for the compulsory debate, which are accepted on the agenda without voting. The draft law on Amending the Decision of the National Assembly on creating Standing Committees of the National Assembly of the RA eighth convocation authored by the RA NA Armenia Faction is included in the third part of the draft agenda, and the NA Standing (Head) Committee on State and Legal Affairs has submitted a negative conclusion related to it.

The RA NA President answered to the deputies’ questions, which referred to the invitation of the NSS Director and the Prosecutor General to parliament, and the situation created in the road of Syunik, Kapan-Goris. The Speaker of parliament has noted that the item will be debated according to the format.

The Head of the faction Hayk Konjoryan has informed that the RA NA Civil Contract Faction will not participate in the voting of the item on including the draft law on Amending the Decision of the National Assembly on creating Standing Committees of the National Assembly of the RA eighth convocation in the agenda of the second session of the NA eighth convocation.

The parliament did not adopt the decision by voting.
