During the NA-Government Q & A session the member of the Armenia Faction Zemfira Mirzoeva noted that she proposed to allocate financial means for construction of the additional building for the secondary school of the Verin (Upper) Dvin of Ararat Marz and for the repair of the operating building on the draft budget for 2022.

The MP underlined that the Government rejected her proposal, noting that it would be discussed stemming from the necessity of the repair of schools in the midterm expenditure programmes for 2023-2025. “Is there absence of the financial means that you rejected my proposal or you have not given importance to the solution of such important issue for national minority,” the MP was interested.

The RA Minister of Finance Tigran Khachatryan has noted that the proposal is observed and if a decision is made after observing all factors towards other comparisons on list made up for 2023 that issue on construction of that school should be included in the works of 2023, then it would be debated as a priority.
