The First Deputy Minister of RA Territorial Administration Vache Terteryan submitted to the deputies for debate in the first reading the bill On Amending the RA Law On Citizenship.
The Head of the State Property Management Department adjunct to RA Government Karine Kirakosyan presented for the debate in the first reading the draft law On Amending the RA Law On 2001-2003 Programme of State Property Privatization.
The MP Hermine Naghdalyan said that the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs endorsed the amendment.
The MP Hakob Hakobyan presented the draft law On Amending RA Family Code prepared by Hakob Hakobyan, Sukias Avetisyan, Gagik Melkiyan, Edward Sharmazanov, Hayk Sanosyan, Tachat Vardapetyan and G. Gevorgyan. The NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs endorsed the bill.
The MPs debated in the second reading the draft law On Making Amendments and Addenda to RA Criminal Code prepared by Hovhannes Margaryan and Heghine Bisharyan.
RA Deputy Defence Minister Ara Nazaryan presented for debate in the first reading the legislative initiative of RA Government On Making Amendments and Addendum to RA Law On RA Civil Special Service.
Artyusha Shahbazyan endorsed the bill on behalf of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs.
The MPs debated in the first reading the draft law On Amending the RA Law On Taxes prepared Hakob Hakobyan and Samvel Balasanyan.
Vardan Bostanjyan endorsed the bill on behalf of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs.
Then the parliament began debating in the first reading the package of the draft laws On Making Amendments and Addenda in RA Civil Code, On Amending the RA Criminal Code and On Amending the RA Criminal Procedure Code presented by the MPs Hovhannes Margaryan, Ruben Gevorgyan and Hovhannes Sahakyan.
The proposals of the Venice Commission experts were included in the package. The package enjoyed the endorsement of the Venice Commission.
The Deputy Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Artyusha Shahbazyan said that the committee endorsed the package, though there are certain inaccuracies, which are necessary to specify and avoid diverse commentaries.
The debate of the issue will continue at March 17 NA sitting.
