On December 21, the RA NA Standing Committee on European Integration organized a seminar together with Jean Monnet Legal Approximation Laboratory on the theme “The Types of the Legislative Approximation Clauses in Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement.”
The Committee regularly organizes such workshops aimed at increasing the professional qualities of the staff.
During the seminar, new skills were introduced to the employees of the National Assembly related to the methodological issues of legal approximation. Issues aimed at increasing the efficiency of the CEPA implementation were discussed, and they referred to the experience of legislative approximation of other countries.
The seminar was conducted by Dr. Anna Khvorostiankina, Academic Coordinator of V. Brusov State University.
It should be reminded that the legislative body has been cooperating with Jean Monnet Legal Approximation Laboratory already for two years. The cooperation will be continuous.
