October 23 at the joint sitting of the standing committees on Economic Affairs and Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs of the National Assembly was held presided over Vardan Ayvazyan and Gagik Minasyan to debate the problems concerning the industry, urban development, transport and communication, energy system and natural resources, tariff policy, protection of economic competition, cadastre financing envisaged in RA draft law on RA 2011 State Budget, as well as the formation of the incomes envisaged by the draft budget.

RA First Deputy Finance Minister Pavel Safaryan presented the brief description of the budget financing of relevant spheres, and the responsible representatives of the spheres, RA Minister of Economy Nerses Yeritsyan, RA Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Ara Simonyan, RA Minister of Transport and Communication Manuk Vardanyan, RA Minister of Urban Development Vardan Vardanyan, the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to RA Government Ashot Musyana, the Chairman of the Commission Regulating RA Public Services Robert Nazaryan, the Chairman of RA State Committee of the Protection of the Economic Competitiveness Artak Shaboyan more thoroughly presented the financing envisioned by the budget according to certain branches.

RA First Deputy Finance Minister Pavel Safaryan and the Chairman of the State Incomes Committee adjunct to RA Government introduced the problems concerning the formation of the incomes, tax and customs policy envisaged by the draft budget.
