The message says:
“Today the International Day of Persons with Disabilities is celebrated in the world.
Two decades ago internationally accepted this day once again prompts us, moreover obliges us to do everything that the persons with disabilities have equal opportunities and rights and be integrated into the society as full members. With this respect the persons with disabilities need our special attention and caring attitude.
One of the priorities of the social policy of the state is to create such conditions that they at best may realize their physical and spiritual opportunities, rights, actively take part in the political and economic life of the country.
The problems of the persons with disabilities are at the centre of the attention of the parliament and personally me. The National Assembly as a legislative body, elected by all members of the society, should do utmost to genuinely create accessible environment and opportunities for the people with limited opportunities both in the parliament and outside it”
