On April 28, chaired by Vahe Ghalumyan, the regular sitting of the NA Standing Committee Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment was held.
The draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Land Code presented by the RA Deputy Head of the Cadastre Committee Narine Avagyan was debated.
According to the key rapporteur, it is envisaged with the proposed amendments to establish a condition for payment of the difference in cadastral value for those cases when after changing the purpose of it without paying the difference in cadastral values of land, it is designed by the initiation of the landowner to change the purpose or buildings of a land again.
It is planned to establish a base for a denial of the state registration of the rights in cases of non-payment of the difference of payment in cadastral values of a land. The relations referred to the payment of the difference in cadastral values in the lands owned by citizens or legal entities with the right of ownership are also clarified and defined in cases when the purpose of lands is changed voluntarily legalizing the structures.
The draft law was endorsed by the committee.
