On June 15, the National Assembly debated in the second reading the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the law on Diplomatic Service authored by the deputies of the NA Civil Contract Faction Vladimir Vardanyan, Hripsime Grigoryan and Arpine Davoyan.
The key rapporteur Vladimir Vardanyan informed that there were no proposals in written form on the draft after passing it in the first reading, hence the draft law remained unchanged.
As a result of the adoption of the amendments the law on Diplomatic Service will be complied with the regulations stipulated by the constitutional amendments made in 2015. The NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and the Government presented endorsements on the draft.
As a result of voting, the parliament passed the bills debated yesterday and today.
The parliament ended the work of the third session of the eighth convocation under the sounds of the anthem of the Republic of Armenia.
