On February 18, the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs moderated by Vardan Ayvazyan debated in the first reading the draft law “On Amending the RA Law on Cash Desk Operations” which submitted the key speaker, the RA Deputy Minister of FInance Vakhtang Mirumyan.

The Committee in the first reading also debated the RA draft law “On Amending the RA Law on State Duty” which submitted the RA Deputy Minister of Economy Emil Tarasyan.

The draft laws were endorsed: they will be included in the draft laws of the agendas of the ninth session of the NA fifth convocation and February 22-25 four-day sittings.

The RA First Deputy of Transport and Communication Artur Arakelyan in the first reading presented the package of the draft law “On Automobile Transport” and the enclosed draft laws.

The Committee members have expressed their concerns on the package, noting that it contains certain risks. Hence, by the decision of the Committee the package will be included only in the draft law of the agenda of the ninth session of the NA fifth convocation to be debated once again.
