At the sitting held on November 10, the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs debated in the first reading and endorsed the package of draft laws on Making Amendments and Addendum to the RA Law on Trade and Services and on Amending the RA Law on Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan.

An attempt is made to regulate the legal relations with mobile trade by the legislative initiative. The RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan has noted that it is proposed to mark the permitted places for conducting mobile trade and to equip them with a sign in accordance with the procedure established by the Government. At the same time, the regulations for moving the point of mobile trade or the vehicle to a special area are clarified.
