On November 10, the NA Vice President, the Chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Commission on Cooperation between the RA National Assembly and the RF Federal Assembly Hakob Arshakyan held a working consultation, during which issues on the upcoming activities of the Inter-Parliamentary Commission were discussed.
The issues of the working plan established for the coming three years, the term of the regular meeting and the agenda formation of the Inter-Parliamentary Commission were discussed.
Within the framework of the Commission the MPs touched upon the discussions on the Artsakh issue, the creation of the Businessmen’ Council adjunct to the Commission, the activity of the Expert Council, the implementation of the joint cultural and educational events, the development of the integration processes within the EEU framework, and the harmonization of the legislative field and a number of other issues.
In the context of the legislation harmonization the work agreed with the executive body within the framework of the EEU was emphasized.
The format of the joint work implementation of holding the 30th anniversary events for the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and Russia was discussed.
