Debate of the Report on the RA 2010 State Budget Execution in the NA Standing Committees Continues

On May 14 the debates of the report of the RA Law Implementation “On 2010 State Budget” continued in the National Assembly. At the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on State and Legal Affairs and Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs the report of the implementation of the law “On 2010 State Budget” on financing the state and judicial bodies of the power.

RA Deputy Minister of Finance, Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan submitted the general picture of the allocations of the state and judicial bodies.

The Deputy Head of the RA President Ara Gyurjyan submitted the executive of the allocations envisaged for expenditures of the maintenance of the personnel.

RA NA Chief of Staff Gegham Gharibjanyan said that 481mln drams increase of certain amount has been on the business trip and representative expenditures. Mr Ghraibjanyan said that in 2010 the National Assembly succeeded to obtain transport means for the factions, except one faction, however that problem had been solved. The NA Chief of Staff ensured that the means allocated to the National Assembly had been completely used, and problems had not been caused.

By presentation of the Chief of Staff of the RA Government Davit Sargsyan, the executive of the allocations on the expenditures of the maintenance of the staff of the government on 2010 state budget was about 75-76%.

The Chief of Staff of the RA Constitutional Court Arushan Hakobyan recorded the expenditures of the staff.

The RA Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan presented the logic of the budget allocations of the structure led by him.

Ashot Yesayan, the Chief of Staff of the RA Prosecutor General Office, Andranik Mirzoyan, the Head of the RA Special Investigation Service and the Chief of Staff of the RA Control Chamber Harutyun Yavryan introduced the expenditures of the Staff where they work.

Artashes Avoyan, the Chief of Staff of the RA National Security Council, Misak Martirosyan, the Head of the RA Judicial Department, Manvel Badalyan, the Chairman of the RA Civil Service Council and Levon Grigoryan, the CEC Chief of Staff delivered speeches at the sitting and submitted the expenditure structure of the relevant spheres.

On the same day at the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs and the NA Standing Committee on Local Self-Government presided over by Gagik Minasyan and Hovhannes Margaryan discussed the financial means allocated to the RA marzes by the RA 2010 State Budget.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance, the RA Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan and the representatives of the RA marzes briefly presented the financial indices allocated in the financial year, the main directions of their use and the implemented programmes.

The Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Kamo Areyan presented the financial indices envisaged for the city of Yerevan and the implemented programmes.
