During the NA-Government Q&A session, Arpine Davoyan addressed Nikol Pashinyan and stated: “Today, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (RF MFA) commented on your statement that the CSTO has left or is leaving Armenia.” The deputy also read the response of the representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in which the latter mentioned that he considers the activity of the CSTO to be effective.
In response to the question, the Prime Minister underlined that the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the dear and friendly Russian Federation cannot be his interlocutor. Nikol Pashinyan reminded that his interlocutors are the President and the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. Hence, the MFA representative is not authorized to comment on what he said.
